Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate and timely project cost estimates for customers, dealers, and builders while supporting the sales process. Owns the customer relationship throughout the project lifecycle, from drafting down payment through production and shipping, ensuring a positive customer experience. Serves as the primary point of contact, providing regular and professional communication, addressing questions, and relaying critical project information. Collaborate with customers, builders, drafting and production teams to gather project requirements, improve process efficiencies, monitor project progress, and ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Collaborate with the drafting team to collect data/information required by the drafters to produce panel layout drawings and shop drawings.
Regularly update CRM platform notes on each project assigned to Project Manager.
Communicate with Enercept vendors and the drafting team to review shop drawings and act as the point of contact for Enercept vendors.
Required to follow up with all complaints in a timely manner: communication should occur within 2-3 business days, and no longer than 2 weeks from the time of the notification.
Job Specific Competencies and Qualifications:
Associate, Bachelor’s degree or practical experience in Project Management and/or Estimating.
Knowledge of building and construction techniques and requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, including Adobe, self-directed, exceptional organization, effective communication skills, detail-oriented, mathematic skills, superior customer service skills, negotiation skills, teamwork mentality, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative to resolve issues.
